◆ Delivery Options
All packages are shipped via USPS mail (flat rate package) to the 50 U.S. states. No international shipping is available. Please note that with these deliveries, only an estimated time of delivery is provided, not a guaranteed date of delivery.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to your home or office. (Up to 2 weeks during the busiest season) There is a possibility of additional time needed for processing and packing your order during all state and federal holiday periods. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays. We recommend you plan ahead and order before busy seasons.
Each order is limited to one delivery address.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

◆ Stolen packages & damages
Shiona Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please confirm your address before placing your order.
◆ Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. If your shipment was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item(s), please email us at info@shionadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We replace items if the items you received are defective or damaged. We may no longer have some items in stock to do an exact replacement. Please contact us immediately for assistance with a return and shipping.
◆ Change Order and Cancellation
All orders are final and will be processed once you have clicked on the “place order” icon during checkout.
We will email you the final confirmation within 24 hours after you have placed an order. If you need to change or cancel your order please let us know ASAP – don’t wait for the confirmation email.
